Small group pilates classes (between 10 to 12 participants) so I can help you with adaptations and ensure each exercise suits your body.

Ideal after rehab for an injury or if you want to safely improve strength, mobility, joint stability and alignment.
Move more freely, improve balance, enhance posture.
Once you're happy with the pilates exercises, get access to
online workouts so you can practice at home.

Easy Latin Dance Fit classes
A fun, low impact dance fit workout specifically designed for active older adults (60 years old and above).
Dance to music like salsa, flamenco, merengue and a sprinkle of pop.
No jumps or big twists, just easy dance moves and a great fitness workout. Options to increase or lower the intensity depending on how hard you want to work.
Feel happier and fitter and leave with a spring in your step.
