I've been teaching pilates in Poynton for over 15 years. I offer smaller group mat classes with a clinical emphasis.
The style of pilates I teach can be beneficial for a range of conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis or to help recovery after a joint operation like a hip replacement. Equally, I have many clients from Poynton and surrounding areas who just enjoy pilates and attend to keep themselves strong and mobile. 

I offer a range of classes to suit all abilities, ranging from beginner to more advanced. There tends to be a12 people in each pilates class, with slightly less if it's a beginner pilates course.  This ensures I can give you individual attention and help with adapting exercises where necessary.

9.30am to 10.20am  - Advanced Pilates

10.35am to 11.25am - Intermediate Pilates (Older Adult)
11.40am to 12.30pm - Beginner To Intermediate Pilates

10am to 10.50am - Intermediate Pilates

Poynton Pilates Online Workouts

               Plus access to online pilates workouts when booked into pilates course

Beginner  -  Ideal for those new to pilates or who want to gently increase strength and mobility. Adaptations given for muscular / skeletal conditions.
Improver / Intermediate - Previous experience of pilates required. Adaptions made of muscular / skeletal conditions. 
Advanced - Substantial experience of pilates required. Injury free. 
Older Adult - Designed for active older adults (70+) who are able to exercise on the floor. Adaptations given for muscular and  skele
tal conditions.

Parking is on Hockley Rd

We're situated on the top floor of  The Hockley Centre which is part of the Poynton Christian Fellowship on Park Lane. When you get to the building, come in through the small door, up the stairs and we're in the dance studio across the hallway.

If you're not local to Poynton and you're travelling, from the roundels on London Rd, come up Park Lane, past Poynton Centre on the left and The Hockley is just before Towers Rd and Hockley Rd.
