I teach a more clinical form of pilates which is good for strengthening muscles and mobilising the body. It can help with muscular or skeletal issues like back ache or joint pain and many clients from classes in Bramhall tell me it helps them feel stronger, more mobile and helps them move more freely in their everyday lives.

I have 2 classes running on Monday evenings. My earlier class is more suitable for those beginning pilates, are returning after a break or just need an easier workout. This is a great class to learn the basics and improve. My later class is a more intermediate workout and levelled at people who have had some previous experience of pilates. 

Each pilates class has 12 participants or less so I can give you individual attention and adapt exercises to suit your needs.

Moss Hey Primary School is 10 mins walk from Bramhall Village or just a couple of minutes if you're driving. We're just off Moss Lane. As you enter Eskdale Ave, the school is on your right. There's plenty of parking in the school car park. 

When you come into the building, turn right down the corridor and we're in the hall at the end.

Monday 
6.10pm to 7pm - Beginner / Improver 
7.10pm to 8pm - Intermediate  

Plus access to online pilates workouts when booked into pilates courses 

Poynton Pilates Online Workouts

Beginner to improver  -  Ideal for those new to pilates, those  who want to gently increase strength and mobility or those returning from a break. Adaptations given for muscular / skeletal conditions.
Intermediate to advanced - Previous experience of pilates required. Adaptions given for well maintained muscular / skeletal conditions.
