Pilates in Bramhall:
Group Mat Classes
Welcome to Bramhall Pilates.
Bramhall pilates classes are designed to gently improve strength, increase mobility and improve posture, no matter your fitness level or age. Each exercise is clinically based and aimed at helping you move and feel better in everyday life.
Classes are smaller group so I can give individual attention and adapt exercises to suit your needs. This means they are safe if you're recovering from injury or have a muscular or skeletal issue.
I have 2 pilates classes running in Bramhall. The 6.10pm class is a lower intensity class and ideal if you're a beginner or prefer a more gentle class, and the 7.10pm class is for those with more pilates experience. Regardless of which class you chose, you'll find a warm, welcoming environment and a supportive, fun class.

Amanda is a fantastic Pilates instructor, especially for those of us that have issues with our backs etc. She understands which moves need adapting and my back always feels so much better and mobile by the end of the class.
