Cheadle Pilates Classes

If you’re looking for a slower paced, controlled pilates workout that helps you build strength, improve posture, and move with confidence, my Pilates classes are the perfect choice.
My classes are friendly and welcoming classes no matter your experience level. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to improve your technique, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
You’ll work with an experienced teacher who ensures you’re getting the most from each exercise. I'll check your form, offer guidance, and provide adaptations tailored specifically for you so you can move safely and effectively.
With smaller group sizes, you’ll benefit from plenty of individual help and attention, making it easier to learn, progress, and enjoy your workouts.
The pilates sessions in Cheadle sessions are designed for beginners and improvers, so you can build confidence at your own pace while feeling stronger, more flexible, and more energised.
